Is the Guarantee always included?
The Guarantee applies to cases of 6 bottles of the same wine reference. Mixed cases (different wines from the same winery) are not covered — but some wineries allow mixed orders. Check the winery's page before ordering.
Can I order fewer than 6 bottles?
The standard minimum is 6 bottles per case. This gives the best price per bottle and ensures safe shipping. Some wineries may offer smaller quantities — check each winery's page to see their specific options.
Who handles the delivery?
Each winery ships directly to you using their own carrier. Shipping rates are set by the winery and shown on their page before you order.
Do you ship to the islands?
Shipping to Açores and Madeira depends on each winery. Wineries that ship to the islands will show it on their page, with the applicable rate.
How do I activate the Guarantee?
Go to our Guarantee page, enter your order number and describe the issue. We handle everything from there — you don't need to contact the winery directly.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Payment goes directly to the winery — VSM never holds your money.
