What exactly is the social media service?
Every month we create a post for one of your wines — a branded image, caption in PT and EN, and hashtags — and send it to you by email. The post includes a direct link to your wine page. You download it and post. No design skills needed. Included with every membership.
Which platforms does the social media service cover?
We create posts for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. Each email contains both square and vertical (story) formats.
Do I need an EuPago account?
Yes — EuPago is how you receive payments directly to your bank. If you already use EuPago, no new account needed — just connect it to VSM. If you don't have one yet, registration is free and takes about 10 minutes. We can walk you through it.
Is there a minimum number of wines?
No minimum. You can list one wine or fifty — the membership covers everything.
Can I set my own shipping rates?
Yes. You set your rates for mainland Portugal, Açores and Madeira separately, using your own courier.
What happens if a buyer returns wine?
The VSM Guarantee covers this. We coordinate with the buyer on your behalf. You refund the returned bottles.
Can I cancel my membership?
The annual membership (€120) is non-refundable. No automatic renewal — we contact you before expiry. If you choose not to renew, your page is suspended at expiry but your data is kept for 12 months.
How long until my winery is live?
We review and activate within 24 hours of registration. You'll receive a confirmation email.
